At Creative Web Site Inventions, we're committed to stay by your side, even after your web site is designed and published. Often times, our customers require that updates be made to their web site...and in a timely manner. These updates may include making text changes, uploading or deleting photos, adding or discontinuing products, and even creating or deleting email accounts. Sometimes our customers simply enjoy an occasional "face lift" to the web site, which may include changing the color scheme and basic design. Many of these tasks are generally assumed by the "web master," who for many small businesses is also the proprietor. We, however, realize that many of you are new to these tasks, and so we have designed a maintenance program to help ensure that your web site is always up to date.

Our hourly fees are $50 per hour, and we simply keep a running log of the time spent maintaining your web site, for as long as you require our assistance. Maintenance is never performed unless requested or approved by the customer. Customers are invoiced on a monthly billing cycle. For those using our Web Hosting Services, this invoice will appear with your monthly web hosting statement. All maintenance updates should be received via email, and in text format (Microsoft Word or .txt format.) We encourage you to be clear and concise in your message with the attached information, as it will become easier for us to understand, thereby reducing our fees.

While we appreciate establishing long-term relationships with our customers, we are just as delighted to see our customers "graduate" and become their own web masters as they gain independence in these maintenance tasks. As such, many of our customers schedule ongoing telephone training sessions in an effort to learn these web-mastering tools. This reduces their reliance on us and ultimately reduces our fees. For this and all purposes, our hourly fees are $50 per hour, and we are always happy to assist you, however we can.
